This set couples an adult Adirondack Chair with a child version.
The child's cedar adirondack chair (BC-150C) is a junior version of the adult best seller (BC201C), and remains the most comfortable wooden chair you have ever sat in. It features a curved seat, sculptured fan back, and wide arms, with routed edges. It comes unfinished and a finish may be applied if left outside. Each chair requires about an hour to assemble. These chairs are also available in pine.

Red Cedar or Pine? Most Cayuga Designs products are available in both pine and western red cedar. Both woods have their own charm and are equally as durable as the other, but please note that pine should not be left outdoors without first applying a finish (such as Sikkens) for protection, which you can obtain from a local hardware store. Cedar does not require this, but, like most woods, turns a shade of gray when left unfinished. All products from Cayuga Designs are unfinished.

Western red cedar comes in various shades from red to almost white. Any one set may contain a variation of wood colors. Most people consider this a charm of western red cedar; however, for those that would like a single shade, we recommend applying a stain.
