Residential Warranty
If your aluminum frame fails structurally, or if the finish peels within fifteen (15) years from the original date of purchase, Casual Creations will repair or replace the frame in the original color and style, if still available. A similar frame or color will be provided if the original have been discontinued.

For a period of one year from the original purchase date, for defects in materials or workmanship, Casual Creations will repair or replace fabric slings, cushions, straps and umbrella poles and fabrics.
