Limited Warranty
Contempi Designs products are covered by a Limited Warranty on all products. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, subject to terms, conditions and limitation. Purchaser shall promptly notify Seller of any defect in any Product purchased from Seller, in reasonable detail to the satisfaction of Seller. Seller has the right to inspect any Product claimed defective before making a final determination of the claim. This Limited Warranty does not cover claims of damages resulting from normal wear and tear or unusual conditions of use.
