About The Finish
Three Coins hand finishes each cast part to provide a surface that is both smooth and is prepared for the optimum in finish adhesion. The initial paint is a two-part polyurethane paint originally developed for application on aircraft and automobiles. The paint is applied by electrostatic paint guns and, when dried, is a most durable paint finish. The lead patina and verdigris finishes are then hand applied so that each finish is beautiful and long-lasting. The finish process brings out the unique castings of Three Coins and gives the product additional old world characteristics.

Warranty
FRAME & GARDEN ACCESSORIES
Three Coins warrants all of our frames and garden accessories for three years from the date of purchase. Three Coins warrants all products to be free from defects in workmanship for 3 years. Three Coins will replace or repair at our option any workmanship defect found within the terms of this warranty. If your Three Coins aluminum furniture or garden accessories fail structurally (i.e., broken welds or aluminum frame failure) we will replace the frame in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued.

NOTE: SINCE ANTIQUED FINISHES ARE HAND APPLIED AND ARE BY NATURE INDIVIDUALLY UNIQUE IN TEXTURE AND FINISH, THREE COINS DOES NOT GUARANTEE EXACT FINISH MATCHES.
If your Three Coins finish peels, cracks or blisters within the time frame of the warranty from the date of purchase, Three Coins will repair, refinish, or replace frame and/or garden accessory in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
Damage resulting from abuse or improper care.
Damage, improper fit and operation due to improper installation services.
Design or construction changes to products.
Failure caused by unreasonable care of product.
Acts of nature.
Normal wear and tear, including scratching and chipping.
Three Coins reserves the right to determine the replacement, repair or refinish on furniture and/or garden accessories. Three Coins will not be responsible for loss of use, time inconvenience, packaging, travel, etc. No warranty returns will be accepted with our proper written authorization from a Three Coins company employee. Three Coins reserves the right to determine the mode of transportation of an authorized return.
Delivery of Merchandise
Help us to serve you better by doing the following before the delivery driver departs:
1. Upon delivery, inspect your merchandise, verify that the skid, boxes and/or products are in good condition and have no visible signs of damage.
2. Count the number of pieces and verify that the total reflects what is printed on the delivery receipt/bill of lading. Merchandise is shipped boxed, strapped, palletized and shrink-wrapped.
Make all notations of shortages or damages on all copies of the bill of lading and have the driver sign acceptance of your notations.
3. After the driver leaves, check all merchandise within shipping container for any concealed damage. If damage is found, contact the delivery carrier immediately to arrange for an inspection. This will be necessary should a claim need to be filed with the carrier. Also notify Patiolife.com within 48 hours of any damage.
Remember: Failure to inspect & count your shipment or notate any damages or shortages on delivery receipt will waive your right to any replacement or reimbursement.
