This is an extension kit for a 54" wide Canterbury Arbor. It adds 30" to an existing arbor. It consists of the full seven (30") cross members and one (arch) end, allowing attachment to an existing arbor.

A lushly covered Canterbury Arbor will frame a garden entrance, establish a traditional border, shade a gateway or define an entrance to a private and secluded area.

These beautiful garden accessories are made from maintenance-free, long-lasting 3/4" copper tube. All will quickly weather to a warm brown tone and eventually to a rich green patina. Or, accelerate the greening process by using the Verdigris Kit. (Like the Statue of Liberty, copper reacts with moist air creating a green layer of oxides.)

The Canterbury Arbor may be extended to almost any length by adding 20" or 30" sections. A Single model is a 20" or 30" arbor of one section; a Tandem is a 40" or 60" arbor with 2 sections; a Triple is 60" or 90" and has 3 sections. If you want to add sections to your arbor, get an Extension Kit (20" or 30").

Each arbor comes in an easy to assemble kit which includes all necessary mounting brackets and hardware. No tools are required for assembly. Arbors may be placed directly in the ground, recommended 6" to 8", or remain above ground by placing a piece of rebar in the ground first and then placing the leg poles over that. This suggestion will add height to your arbor if needed.
